Denim is having a moment, and I’m not just talking about jeans. From accessories like handbags and shoes, to cool cropped tops and chic dresses, there’s a little something for everyone! While I’m not sure denim accessories are for me, I do love a chambray shirt or stylish denim dress. I recently picked up this under $150 denim popover shirt and absolutely love the slouchy fit and flared sleeves!
Denim is such a useful neutral – as you know, jeans go with everything… so why wouldn’t a denim shirt be just as versatile? Full disclosure, I did take this top to my tailor to have them take it in a bit in the waist just to remove some excess fabric. Since I plan to only wear it tucked in, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t dealing with a bunch of extra bulk! But if you prefer a tunic style top, this one definitely works for that look too! In terms of sizing, I’m wearing the 4.
