In case you missed it, on Friday I launched my Fall 2025 Capsule Wardrobe! Definitely check it out if you haven’t already. It’s full of amazing of-the-moment wardrobe staples and some really chic outfit ideas to help you get dressed this season! A few items I am personally eyeing and thinking about buying from the capsule include this belt, this bag and this mock neck cashmere top. They’re such elevated basics that I know I’d wear on repeat!

Speaking of basics, I ordered this cropped cardigan at the tail end of summer and it is one of the softest things I’ve ever put on my body. It’s what LESET describes as the “Lauren Sweater Jersey” fabric and is unbelievably comfortable. They do a lot of silhouettes in this fabric, so naturally it’s become a popular label for people who aim for comfort as much as style. While I love an oversized cardigan, I think there’s something super chic and modern about a fitted, cropped style to wear as a top with skirts, jeans and pants! I have a couple pairs of high-waisted, wide-leg wool trousers that I’m especially excited to pair it with when the temps drop, because the fitted silhouette will balance out the flowy look of the pants. Such a cool combo!

This skirt was a find from Paris at Claudie Pierlot! It’s one of those year-round pieces you can style so many different ways. In the summer you can style it simply with a tank and sandals, and in the fall/winter you could layer the long skirt over tall boots with a cozy sweater! It obviously looks good with black, but it might be an interesting piece to style with other winter white items in my wardrobe once the temps drop. Or add a pop of red for a punch of color!

When I got back to New York I immediately started reorganizing my closet, and am realizing just how creative I’m going to have to get with my space. I still have a few boxes of clothes, shoes and bags coming up from Austin and I’m already struggling to make it all work in my current space! What I’ll probably end up doing is using the same vacuum compression storage bags I used for my move to store more items under my bed. Right now I have eight of these under my bed, but with my new bed coming I don’t think I’ll be able to store as much underneath – so will definitely need to use those vacuum-sealed bags to shrink everything down! I’ll move into a new apartment in November, and I’ll have a couple of dressers and slightly bigger closets there – hopefully I can make it all work! I’ll be sharing more details on my new apartment in this week’s podcast episode, so be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already!

PS: I’m in Sag Harbor this week, so make sure you’re following along on Instagram stories to see where I go and what I get up to all week!
