I’m typing this up at 11:23pm Sunday night, after a loooooong day of packing! I’m nearly done, but I do have one more trip to make to Home Depot before the movers come at 10am. Just a few extra things I didn’t end up having room for in all of the boxes I’ve already purchased! I’m exhausted from going non-stop the last several days here, but I’m eager to start my next chapter fully committed to New York City. Speaking of New York, I fly back in just a few days! The forecast is looking divine and while I’m looking forward to getting back into my typical routine, it’s going to have to take a backseat for one more week. My family is flying up next weekend and I’m meeting them in Sag Harbor, where we’ll be spending seven days together in a chic house we rented on VRBO. I’m making a point to order the famous raspberry cream pie from Briermere Farms in advance so I can pick it up on the way out there – I’ve been dying to try it!! Separately, this chocolate brown dress from Reformation was a purchase I made before my Paris trip, but I’m most excited to wear it this fall in New York. It’s the perfect color and slightly sexy cut for a night out in the city! The best part though? It’s stretchy and oh so comfortable. I’m wearing the small here! While the strapless piece underneath feels a little short, the separate mesh overlay is a midi length which gives me enough coverage to feel at ease and confident! Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a date night or party dress for the fall season.

I love their mix of cozy classics and fresh takes on current trends at a more approachable price point. So many chic pieces to try for the season ahead! At the top of my list is this casual jacket – it’s a solid everyday piece that is cozy and polished.
