NEUTRAL OCCASION DRESSES YOU CAN WEAR NOW AND INTO FALL
In June I attended the Met Museum‘s Young Members Party, which called for your “bejeweled best” attire! I’d actually already purchased this dress to try before even knowing about the event. I was just so struck by the subtle elegance of the sparkly nude silhouette. Even though I didn’t have a party in mind when I bought it, I knew it would come in handy! So, when the email hit my inbox about the party a week or two later, I knew exactly what I’d be wearing for the occasion.
The barely-blush beige fabric is such a complimentary shade for my skin tone. The tiny nearly-clear silver sequins add just the right amount of sparkle and shine! The halter neckline feels of the moment, but the A-line silhouette is totally timeless. A perfect combination, in my opinion. I’m wearing the 4! I did end up having the straps taken up just a bit so I could wear my usual strapless bra – the back dips pretty low.
