The intoxicating turquoise color of this dress instantly stopped me in my tracks. As a blonde I definitely gravitate towards various shades of blue, but nothing feels quite as electric as this! It’s a color you simply can’t tear your eyes away from. I have one other piece in the same striking shade – this blazer, which has been such a fun statement piece for wearing day or night! I always receive compliments when I wear this hue, so it’s something I’ve been keeping my eye out for. When I saw this dress hit the new arrivals section of NET-A-PORTER week before last, I knew I had to order it! Not only is this dress a beautiful color, but it’s such an elegant silhouette and SO comfortable. The fabric is soft and very stretchy, and from what I can tell, wrinkle resistant! I took it straight out of the box it came in and put it on – no steaming required, so you just know it’ll be a perfect travel piece this summer. I adore the draped silhouette of the bodice, especially the elegant higher neckline and sleeve situation that shields your armpits from view. It is such a stunner! I’m wearing the size small here, which fits true to size for me.
