Hellluuuurrr! And Happy New Year! I treated yesterday as if it was the first day of the year, because my holiday break (and Carmel vacay) ended on Saturday. I started it strong and got a lot accomplished! I walked Reeses, worked out, stocked up at the grocery store, recorded & edited a reel, finished this month’s Beck & Call newsletter, made a yummy new recipe for lunch, and now I’m writing this blog post! Hopefully this productivity continues throughout 2025.
Moving onto my outfit, these leather pants were a sale find on my December trip to Dallas! I found them an The Conservatory in Highland Park Village – only one size was left, but they fit like a glove. These are truly tailored to perfection and are so so flattering! The only area that’s fitted is the waist, which I must admit is pretty tiny. I’m wearing the small and they fit, but the waist has zero give – I definitely won’t be wearing these on a day I feel bloated! Aside from the narrow waist, these pants are stretchy, super soft and very comfortable. All of that to say, size up! I can’t wait to wear these even more as we transition to spring. They’ll be iconic in a winter white monochromatic look too! Chic.
On another note, you may have noticed I’ve gotten a lot of wear out of silver this past year! I’ve worn both my Savette bag and these Aureum Collective earrings on repeat, and it’s making me think I need to add more silver jewelry into the mix. FYI – my earrings are sold out and the bag is sold out in black + silver (still available in black + gold!). My sister (aka the best gift giver on planet earth) gave me an Hermes Picotin in black + silver for Christmas (and my birthday + Christmas for years to come), so I’m definitely set in the handbag department. If you’re looking for some similar silver earrings to work into your looks, don’t miss these current favorites below! I’ll be ordering a few pairs to try this week!
- These earrings are under $50 and a great budget buy to get the look for less!
- I love the textured look of these by Heaven Mayhem!
- This pair is ultra modern and fashion forward, and under $100!
- The hammered look and multi-hoop design of these earrings is a gorgeous combination!
- If all of your other jewelry and hardware is gold, these would be easy to work in with anything.
- This chunky, wavy hoop is impossibly chic.
- The oversized look of these earrings is giving Saint Laurent or Alessandra Rich for less.
