Happy New Year! 2024 was a great year for me, but I am very much looking forward to 2025. As I mentioned on Monday, this month I’m planning to hunker down and do a little recon on my business, but I’m also looking forward to hitting the reset button with health! Y’all already know I’m consistent with exercise, but I have to admit I wasn’t focused on eating super healthy in Q4. There was so much going on! I did make a few healthy recipes while I was in New York in December, but otherwise it was sort of a free for all this holiday season. I’m thrilled to be staying put this month in Austin, where I can get back to a regular routine of exercise (30-45 minutes, 4-5X a week – a mix of Peloton Strength and The Sculpt Society workouts when I’m in Austin) and make more healthy meals at home. This month I’d love to push myself to try some new recipes too – I have so many great cookbooks, but I tend to get in the habit of making the same handful of recipes that I like and are easy. I need to get a little more experimental in the kitchen, and hopefully by the end of winter will have several new go-to recipes to add to my rotation!
