Happy Wednesday! Today I fly back to Austin for my nephew’s first birthday and the Thanksgiving holiday, followed by a quick trip up to Dallas to see friends. While I’m looking forward to seeing everyone and spending some quality time in my home state, I’m always a little sad to bid New York adieu. I’ll be back on December 6th for a couple weeks, but then I’ll be flying down to Texas for Christmas and over to Carmel the week of New Year’s Eve! It’ll be a whirlwind month, that’s for sure.

I feel like I’ve gotten a decent head start on holiday gift shopping, having picked up gifts for my nephew, godchildren, and a couple of smaller items for my mom and sister. I need to also buy my sister a birthday gift, and a gift for my brother-in-law and stepfather! I’m hoping to find some great things next week during all of the major cyber week sales – it’s the best time to get anything you’re eyeing at a discount. I’ll be rounding up all the biggest sales next week, probably on Thursday or Friday! And in the meantime, don’t forget to peruse my holiday gift guides that have been dropping every week on Friday!
