I wore this look on my flight to New York for my last visit, and felt perfectly comfortable and polished at the same time. A few of my favorite fall/winter purchases, all in one outfit! These jeans and this bag are probably my most-worn items from the last four months. The bag is the ideal size and silhouette for me – I prefer to be hands-free, and it fits all of my essentials: card case, keys, sunglasses, lipstick, hand sanitizer and mints. I also love that there’s a small zippered insert where I can hide receipts, a pen and my checkbook when necessary! While I highly recommend this style, I saw Bottega just launched this updated version of it with a chain strap… so chic! The chain strap version only comes in black, while the one I have comes in eight other colors. I mostly wear black accessories in the fall/winter months, so naturally I’ve worn this bag practically every day. So useful! If I was going to buy this bag for spring/summer, I’d go for the white, the agate grey or the travertine. All such versatile, softer neutrals!

These jeans have also been a favorite of mine since I purchased them in October. I’ve worn them two to three times a week ever since! They’re different and fun, but are easy to style and look great with so much. I prefer them with a pointed toe boot as I think that elongates the leg even more, although I’ve worn them with lug sole boots for a more edgy daytime look in the city. As far as sizing goes, I’d definitely size down! I’m wearing the 26 here. I’m tempted to try them in white and see how that might look with heeled sandals for summer!
