Happy Wednesday! Per usual, Christmas has come and gone, seemingly at lightning speed. This year was extra special with the arrival of my nephew! I swear my last one hundred iPhone photos and videos are just of him – I couldn’t stop! He’s just too precious. This week I make my second move, this time fully exiting my Dallas home and moving into a condo in Austin! Moving home to Austin has been a long time coming, and I couldn’t be more ready for the change. Since I haven’t ever lived here as an adult, I’m eager to rediscover the city, explore the bustling restaurant scene, make some new friends/connections and put down some roots in my home town!

With two big moves happening in less than a month, it’s safe to say I’ll be ready to do absolutely nothing once I move into the condo. As I mentioned on Friday, I currently have no plans for NYE and don’t see myself making any! If anything, I may pop by my sister’s house to hang out with them for a bit, but otherwise I will be getting settled and unpacking at my new abode. I’m so thrilled to be starting the new year off with a completely clean slate! This new year is bringing a lot of change, but I am so ready.
