This dress was a Palm Beach purchase and it is *amazing*! If you are looking for a breezy, super comfortable and lightweight piece, look no further than this dress. It’s called the “Happy” dress for a reason! It comes in a ton of gorgeous prints, but I decided on the “cornflower” print for the fresh blue, green and white color scheme… such a classic! It truly is the best silhouette – wear it on or off the shoulder with the elasticized neckline, and the smocked waist is super stretchy too. The fabric is the airiest cotton and it is machine washable! Such a great style for summer you can easily dress up or down. I’m wearing a medium here.
