Punxsutawney Phil said spring is coming early this year, but not before a few more cold fronts here in Dallas! I’m actually happy about that, because due to the mild winter we’ve had, I haven’t been able to wear sweaters all that much! It really hasn’t been cold enough to wear this thick sweater I picked up a couple months ago, so I was pumped for the opportunity to sport it more than once in Chicago last week. While the weather was mild for Chicago, with highs in the 30’s every day I was glad to have a cozy knit like this to reach for! Sadly this sweater is nearly sold out in cream, but it is also available in a military green hue. I’m wearing the small here. It was definitely a splurge, but this is the kind of statement staple I live for! If you want to recreate this sweater look for less, don’t miss this $82 lookalike!

Whether you’re in the market for transitional knits to wear into spring, or are just always on the hunt for a good deal, don’t miss these other beautiful sweater styles on sale:

PS: Melissa and I shot these photos in the gorgeous lobby of The Langham in Chicago! I’ll be sharing more about my stay soon, but rest assured I had a fabulous time and highly recommend The Langham if you’re heading to Chicago soon.
