When I think of summer style, I think whites, soft neutrals and bright colors like hot pink, turquoise, yellow and orange. That’s why I fell in love with this top. The gorgeous plum shade is very unexpected, but very much a summer look with the pretty embroidery and off-the-shoulder style. While white is definitely going to be a go-to this season, I’m excited to have something different in my wardrobe I can reach to when I want to stand out a little bit.

Not only will it be a great piece for summer, this plum color is going to take me right into fall with my favorite jeans. It’s just the kind of transitional item I always try to invest in – something that can be worn a million different ways and transcend the seasons. I’m thinking I’ll wear it next with my new white jeans on my upcoming trip to Carmel in June. Chic!
