Why is it that when I’m actively searching for something specific, I can never find what I’m looking for… but when I’m trying NOT to shop is when I happen upon an item so miraculous I can’t resist? The latter happened when I came across this new bag style from Khaite. I find myself perusing their new arrivals on a pretty regular basis. Their accessories have become some of my very favorites over the last year or so! I’d love to add more of their ready to wear to my wardrobe (especially some of their leather looks!!), but unfortunately a lot of it is out of my budget. The bags, shoes and belts, however are easier to justify! They’re all incredibly high-quality, chic and modern – while they do highlight seasonal colors, you can always count on Khaite to deliver on versatile neutral styles as well.
A SOPHISTICATED SUMMER FROCK
There are bags I’m tempted by, and there are bags I’ve got to have. This Livia bag was in the “had to have” category! The soft powder suede combined with the eye-catching crystals makes for a striking duet, don’t you think? The compact shape is perfect for a night-out moment, and the integrated strap is easy to throw over your wrist or forearm so you can be hands-free! This style also comes in blue with matching crystals, black with silver studs or “mud” with silver studs. If you recall, I have a thing for their studded looks too – one of my favorite bags I bought last year has been my Khaite small Sara tote! It’s been a surprisingly useful style and color combo for me. I always receive compliments on it whenever I wear it!
Speaking of compliments, this dress is almost guarantees them – it’s such a beautiful and fresh interpretation of a timeless shirtdress for summer! The fitted waistline nips you in at just the right spot, and the longer hemline is the epitome of sophistication. It keeps selling out, it’s so popular!
