I can’t believe I fly back to Austin next week! I’m not ready!! I’ll only be there for two weeks before heading to California, but I’m just not ready to leave New York. I’ve truly had the most amazing two months here, and I already can’t wait until I come back for the fall season! When I decided to pack up and leave Dallas, I was hoping for a major lifestyle change – New York has absolutely given me that. I feel like I was sort of letting life pass me by for awhile, but now I have a renewed sense of direction and excitement for all of the possibilities that lay before me!

With all of that said, I am looking forward to a few relaxing weeks coming up in Carlsbad and Carmel! These past two months in New York have been nothing short of a whirlwind with so many social plans, lots of work and really taking advantage of what the city has to offer me as a resident. It’ll definitely be nice to lounge by the pool for awhile!
