Since the window for ordering those holiday gifts is coming to a close in just a few short days, I wanted to share some additional gift ideas for those of you who have waited until the last second to get it done!

One of those items is a piece of art by Jenn Thatcher. I first came across her pieces at a trunk show I attended to see my girls at To & From Gifts! I didn’t realize there were other vendors at the trunkshow, but was pleasantly surprised and instantly fell in love with her “Black Jack” paintings. After texting back and forth with Maddie, she and I both agreed I could easily find a place for one of the Black Jack pieces in my new house – at first I thought it might look good over my bar cart, but ultimately decided my bathroom was in need of some additional texture and a bit of drama. I LOVE how striking and bold it looks against all the white and grey in the room – the black paint brings out the dark veins in my marble, and the gorgeous gold frame ties in perfectly with the gold hardware in the rest of the space. She has a bunch of smaller works and prints, as well as larger pieces like the one you see above. You can shop all of her available pieces here and here, or you can contact her to commission a custom piece.

As far as beauty gifts go, I have several ideas that I believe are totally worth the splurge. The first is the Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer. I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself last year, and can’t imagine life without it now. It truly makes blow-drying your hair a breeze and cuts the drying time in half. My mom has much thicker hair than I do and it takes her ages to get her hair dry, and she echoes my review of this dryer. It is SO powerful! The next gift that keeps on giving is that of NeuLASH lash-enhancing serum. You can read more about this miracle product here, but I have been using it for over four years now and have the longest, thickest lashes I’ve ever had in my entire life. Last but not least, I have a beauty gift for you that isn’t a splurge. I don’t use much (if any) product in my hair on a regular basis, but whenever I want extra volume or texture, this is what I rely on. I’ve tried the expensive versions of this powder too, and they’re all the same. Whenever I curl my hair, I use this powder to give it grip and give my locks that bed-head vibe. I also use it for added volume when pulling my hair up into a pony or half-up “poof” I sometimes do. Such a great product for under $10!!

If you’re looking for some gifts to give the fashion-obsessed girl in your family or friend group, you really can’t go wrong with kate spade new york’s pieces. They’re feminine, on-trend and high quality! I recently picked up this pearl-adorned sweater (you know how much I’m loving that trend this season!), and this pair of matching earrings. Wear them with jeans for a casual get together with friends, or pair with a metallic pleated skirt for a holiday party! A few other present picks to check out from kate spade new york include these cute mules I’ve been living in, this perfect-for-work tote, this three-piece baking set, and this multifunctional velvet pouch.

Love to give tech-related gifts? Aside from the obvious iPhone X, check out this digital camera (I use it for all of my YouTube videos), this Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker, and Polaroid’s new OneStep 2 – take and instantly print photos wherever you are!

PS – tomorrow I’ll be doing one final gift roundup with Mark & Graham on the blog… stay tuned!
